The partition ID is in extended word one as LP=xxx in decimal format. If word 3 is zero, then this SRC is informational and can be ignored. Otherwise there is a problem in the platform LIC. A nonzero bus number has no associated bus object. Look for B700 69xx errors in the Serviceable Event View and work those errors. If there are no serviceable B700 69xx errors, or if correcting the errors did not correct this problem, contact your next level of support.Problem determination
