Procedure

This MAP overrides all other code update MAPs (MAP4A00 - MAP4AB0)
At the start of the code update process (CCL or utility), the process
failed the pre-verify check. The pre-verify check ensures that all the needed
functional code and HMC code resources are available. The next level of support
will need to be contacted to resolve it.
