MAP6620 Rebuilding managed system information

The Rebuild Managed System action is used to extract the configuration information from the managed system and rebuild the information on the management console.

About this task

You cannot start other tasks while the management console rebuilds the managed system. This process can take several minutes.

Procedure

To rebuild the managed system information on the management console, perform the following steps:
  1. From the navigation area, click Storage Facility Management > storage facility > Server View > server.
  2. From the bottom Task area, click Operations > Rebuild.
    A window opens that asks if you would like to continue. Click Yes.
After you select Rebuild Managed System, the current system information displays.
